| Placing Orders |
|
We apologize to our international customers, but at this time we are only able to fulfill orders within the continental United States. Currently, we are unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, Canada, or international locations. If you are within the continental United States and wish to place an order, you can do so by:

| Minimum Order Requirements |
We require minimum orders for all on-line purchases to avoid charging a shipping rate that exceeds the price of the item being shipped. In addition, individual manufacturers have minimum order requirements.
- Orders being delivered within the Florida tri-county area of Orange, Seminole & Osceola counties are only subject to manufacturers' minimums for placing orders.
- Orders being delivered outside this tri-county area are subject to a $1,000 minimum*.
- Orders outside the state of Florida are subject to an $2,000 minimum*.
* Exceptions can be considered on a case-by-case basis by contacting our merchandise manager.

| Payment & Shipping |
- A 50% deposit is required on orders over $1,000, with the balance charged when the first item ships. Orders under $1,000 require payment in full. All orders and final shipping charges are confirmed by email, which also includes an estimated shipping date.
- Shipping is quoted on a per-order basis, and a customer service representative will contact you with exact shipping charges after your order is placed. Shipping rates are estimated at 30 to 50% of your total order, depending on the size, weight, and delivery destination of your order.
- Due to the weight of our products, most must be shipped via common carrier or freight trucks. If your items are to be shipped to a receiving warehouse or location that has forklifts and pallet jacks for off-loading items from the delivery truck, please note this when placing your order. Otherwise, you may incur an additional charge for orders that require trucks with lift-gates and off-loading equipment to unload your delivery.
- If you wish to pay by credit/debit card but do not wish to send your credit card information online, you can fax your card information to us. (Please include your order number, the type of card, the card number, the expiration date and your full name as it appears on the card.)

| Delivery |
- Our shipping agents cannot delivery to P.O. boxes, so a complete street address is required to ensure delivery of your items. A telephone number is also required to notify you when your items are ready for delivery.
- All deliveries require a signature upon receipt, unless you have provided our office with a signed waiver authorizing the items to be held (for a nominal storage fee - see below) until a delivery can be rescheduled. If we do not have a signed waiver on file and no one is available to sign for your delivery, a storage fee and additional delivery charge will be charged to your credit card until the items can be delivered at a later date.
- Because we offer items from various manufacturers around the world and we do not currently stock inventory, items ordered from different manufacturers will arrive separately. Should you wish to have your items arrive together, orders from different manufacturers can be held in our receiving warehouse and combined with other shipments, to be delivered at a later date. This option will result in storage charges that accrue at a rate of $9 per item, per month, plus $0.02 per pound, which will be charged in addition to re-delivery charges. Please specify this option when placing your order.
- Rush delivery is available through FedEx Freight freight for an additional charge and by quote only; please contact customer service to select this option.

| Item Availability |
- Please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery of in-stock items, and 6-8 weeks for made-to-order items or items that are not in stock (see noted lead-time below each item).
- Backordered products usually come into stock within 6 to 8 weeks, but can occasionally take longer. Our policy is to process and delivery your order as quickly as possible. If your order is not ready to ship within 6 to 8 weeks, we will contact the manufacturer and e-mail you with an expected delivery date.

| Installation Instructions |
- We cannot provide installation services, recommendations, or design consultations.
- When necessary, the manufacturer's recommended instructions and technical specification sheets will be provided with your order, and can also be obtained from our website.
- If you do not receive installation instructions with your purchase, please contact us for that information.
- Some furniture manufacturers offer a complimentary uncrating, unpacking & installation service at no additional charge if the product is delivered directly to your home. Items eligible for this service are noted and can be shipped separately from other items in your order.
- All orders for deliveries in the state of Florida are charged sales tax at a rate of 6%; an additional county sales surtax may also be applied to orders, when applicable, which is based on the county in which delivery occurs.

| Verify Your Order Information |
- You are responsible for verifying that the details of your order are correct, including colors, finishes, sizes and quantities.
- We can not accept returns or offer refunds for product color variances, or if the wrong color, finish, size or quantity was ordered by the customer.
- The colors, color finishes, and fabric colors shown on this website are not exact. To avoid receiving a product that is not as anticipated, we encourage you to order a product sample, if available. Stone, frame, and fabric samples are available from some manufacturers, and can be sent upon request for a fee; please contact Customer Service to request a sample.

| Return Policy |
- We only offer products of the finest quality and craftsmanship and stand behind the quality of every product we sell. These products are shipped direct from the manufacturers and securely packed, crated, and palletized to guard against damage during transit and ensure their safe arrival at your site. The manufacturers of these products guarantee that their products are in the best possible condition when they leave their factory. While we are sure you will be more than pleased with the quality and performance of the items you purchase, it is possible for items to be damaged during shipment.
- Our design office cannot accept returned items, and each manufacturer has a different return policy for handling returns. All items MUST be inspected immediately upon delivery for any chips, cracks, tears, or other visible signs of damage to the packaging that may have occurred during shipping. Should you see signs of damage to the products or packaging, you must do the following to assist us in obtaining a replacement for your product:
- Refuse the delivery and note the damage on the Bill of Lading that the driver requires you to sign upon delivery, and contact us by telephone within 24 hours to report the refused delivery and damage.
- If the driver does not allow you to refuse the delivery, note the damage on the Bill of Lading and contact us by telephone within 24 hours to file a claim with the shipping company.
- Take photographs of any and all damaged parts or packing, and send to us by mail or e-mail.
- Should you receive an item that appears to have manufactured defects, you must contact us by telephone within 24 hours and send photographs of the defective area by mail or e-mail.
- Please note that items may also become damaged if they are not installed according to the manufacturer's specifications. Any damage due to improper installation is the responsibility of the purchaser and cannot be returned to the manufacturer for a replacement.

| Questions or Concerns |
- Customer Service is available Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time (except U.S. holidays), to assist you with any questions or concerns you may have.
- All complaints should be directed to our merchandise manager, who will respond as timely as possible.
- Custom or made-to-order items are available from some manufacturers upon request; contact our merchandise manager if you would like to place a custom order. We apologize, but we can not accept returns or offer refunds for custom orders.

| We do not give information about where you go on the internet to others. The use of web browser cookies to track your order on our Web site, is not used to collect or store individually identifiable information on our customers, nor is it linked to other information that allows certified merchants to identify an individual (e.g., through name, screen name, account number, or other identifier). Our website uses computer "cookies" only to identify our returning customers and to track items placed in their shopping carts. Our website stores an identification number in your cookie that is only significant to our website. No personal information is stored in your cookie. If you attempt to shop on our website and have cookies disabled, our website will not be able to identify or keep track of items you have placed in your shopping cart. |

| Member Contact and Billing |
| To purchase products from our site we require you submit your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address and credit card or payment information. We may use your address or e-mail address to send you information about our products, unless you tell us not to. However, we do not give out your name, address, telephone number, credit card information, or passwords to anyone, and we give you the opportunity to correct your personal contact and billing information at any time. We will not distribute, sell or rent your name or personal information about you to any third party. We do not release your credit card information to any outside organizations, and our website uses SSL Encryption Technology, an extremely complex form of cryptography that makes it virtually impossible for a third party to decrypt any personal information you provide. |
