Scott Redmon – President/Owner
Scott is a landscape architect dedicated to designing creative and striking gardens and landscapes. Scott has traveled many parts of the world in an effort to understand the individual elements that compose timeless and memorable spaces and experiences. Scott has designed award winning gardens for over 15 years, with a passion for understanding classic design - but always eager to explore new technologies and materials as they become available. Scott is actively involved in all aspects of design, specification and product research.

Jeanie Redmon - Vice President
Jeanie, as a founding partner in Alfresco Living, is the creative force behind all of our marketing, graphic design, print advertising and photography. Jeanie has also traveled extensively and is actively involved in new product research, financial oversight, new business development and property development for our new office, showroom, roof deck and garden spaces. Jeanie also spends time raising two awesome children. Jeanie is an artist in her own right with many different endeavors at any one time. Jeanie received a Bachelors of Design from the College of Fine Arts at the University of Florida after studying fine arts at Flagler College in St. Augustine. Jeanie has also completed the Rollins College Crummer Business Management Program.

Tiffany Pascuzzi - Merchandise Manager
Tiffany is our merchandise manager and oversees the specification and ordering of all our garden products. Tiffany also coordinates with our team of landscape architects and designers completing their design with the finishing touches necessary to achieve world class results. Tiffany provides personal service with our homeowners, architects, interior designers, landscape architects, and property managers throughout Florida, the United States, and the Bahamas to decide which pieces are best for each garden space. Tiffany has been with our company since 2003 and has developed a strong relationship with artists, craftsmen, and vendors from around the world. Tiffany is currently completing her Bachelor's degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix, and her enthusiasm and strong sense of style is a huge asset to our clients and our team.

Lori Polizzi - Executive Director of Finance and Administration
Lori handles all finances and general administration for our design and merchandise business. Lori is the catalyst to everything running smoothly and efficiently. Lori has an unbelievable drive to keep the business organized which is extremely important in making sure our clients and vendors are politely and accurately coordinated. Lori also applies that drive, along with her excellent communication skills to Redmon Design Company as its chief administrator. Lori received her Associates degree in Liberal Education and a Bachelors degree in Philosophy from Bemidji State University and was initiated as a lifetime member to Alpha Phi Sigma - continuing her education with certification in Leadership, Human Resources, and Communication from Rollins College. Lori came to us with 15 years of Administrative, Finance, and Customer Service Experience.
